Arise and shine.

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”Isaiah 60:1

God does not awaken us merely so that we can feel inspired. He awakens us so that our lives may reveal Jesus. His presence brings light, His Word establishes us, and obedience makes that light visible to others.

You may feel that your strength is small, but the command is still clear: arise. Stand in what Christ has accomplished, receive His light, and faithfully carry it into your family, your work, your community and wherever He sends you.

Today, ask the Lord: “Where do You want Your light to become visible through my life?”
